DAY: 4

I think, I have run out of ideas of naming my blogs, so I simply name them day: 1, 2, & 3.

sometimes simple is better, which I’ve only understood just recently. you see, I am a very passionate person and I like doing things with as much passion as I can, which lead me to making things over complicated.

But now I think simple is better as well, maybe because I’ve grown tired of just trying too hard all the time.

but yesterday, I tried a soup recipe that I made myself.

And I posted the aesthetic pictures of the soup on my Instagram, which made people ask for the recipe, and so I decided to doodle the recipe to make things more interesting.

I went on procreate and decided to make the recipe look good, and here is what I created.

It looks like a roadmap and I kind of like it.

But, the proper description of the recipe is given below, to elaborate further so that you don’t mess up following my messed up doodled recipe:

  1. step 1: heat the pan.
  2. Put some oil in the pan and crack 2-3 eggs in it.
  3. Wait for the eggs to turn slightly crispy at the bottom, before your becide to scramble it. ( I would suggest, not to scramble it too much or else it’ll look very mushy)
  4. Cut up some cilantro and chilli (as per your spice tolerance) and blend it into a mixture.
  5. On the side, chop up some onions. (the more the better)
  6. Now, take the same pan from earlier and put some butter in it.
  7. Add the chopped onions to the butter.
  8. Let it turn golden and then add a half a teaspoon of flour to it.
  9. Let it cook on low flame, till everything looks a little goldena dn cooked.
  10. Now, add half a cup of fresh cream to this mix, and mix it well.
  11. After the fresh cream is dissolved, add some milk and bring it to a boil.
  12. Now add, the coriander and chilli mix and the scrambled eggs from before.
  13. Put some salt and pepper according to your tastebuds.
  14. Some other spices that you would like.
  15. At this stage, I would also add a bit of chicken stock to make it more soup, (but it solely depends on how thick you want the soup to be.)
  16. I added some chopped up sausages to this soup as well, but you could also add some pre-boiled chicken or other toppings that you would like.
  17. And I think it’s done.
  18. The soup is ready to serve.

Enjoy!!!!.

And don’t worry, below is a picture of my dog.

her name is Tinnu.

ok bye.

yours truly,

SEA
