We’ve all heard about law of attraction, and its many ways to use it, but ever heard of getting creative with it?
I mean, at the end of the day we all end up doing things which we all feel comfortable to do. We end up doing things, contrary to what we planned and tell ourselves, it is because we want to be ourselves.
So let me tell you, this ritual of tea making, is what I do, because it mkes me myself.
And another surprise for you is to, you don’t have to focus any intentions on it, not yet, but yes, when that later date comes.
If all of this is confusing you, then let me just get straight to the point.
This ritual just came up to me naturally. I love reading about herbs, and in ancient India, herbs have been used alot as natural medicine, and recoveries.
Recently, I started searching for the magical properties of flowers and herbs, that we can easily find in our garden and around us.
But what is more important is, what do you think of a particualr flower and a herb?
I don’t want to just give you steps to follow, I want you to get involved within your feelings and choose for yourself.
So, when you look at a rose, what comes to your mind?
Love? Joy? Peace?
Anything that comes to your mind, looking at a rose is the purpose of the rose in your life.
Let me tell you, when I look at rose, I feel so much self-love inside of me, that I feel like to just love myself more often. In short, rose reminds me to give attention to myself at times, when I get too stressed over unnecessary things.
So, the way I will use rose is to take it as a symbol of self love, and think of ideas to use it as.
After a negative day, I would just want to have some rose tea, to nourish myself from within.
So, do you get my purpose here? Like rose, everything has a purpose. Every herb, every ingredient in your kitchen has a special magic to it.
We get so busy in our lives, that we often forget, that there is magic all around us. Everywhere.
So now lets proceed with the steps.
1. Selection of herbs.
When you know, which herb gives you which feeling, then you can go forward with the tea making.
But before that, I would like to give a list of my favourite herbs, and flowers, for tea making.
1. Cinnamon ( it makes me feel belonged and warm. Gives me the smell of home.)
2. Ginger ( helps with healing, but I like to use it, when I want to motivate myself with ideas, as GInger helps in kickstarting the day.)
3. Rose ( for self-love as I said earlier.)
4. Black pepper ( for the throat, when my throat feels rough after a day of bathroom singing.)
This is a small list for now, But let me know if you would want an in-depth list of all the different teas that I make.
THis was only to give you a basic idea, to just start, using various teas, because it is also good for your health.
And I would like to mention, I don’t know if you realise this, but have you ever heard your grandma, tell you to drink turmeric milk, when you were caught up with cold?
How did she know, that turmeric is good with healing. Isn’t that the magic of turmeric to heal? See, again magic!
And we are so ignorant, that we just follow all the things people say, without even reasoning it. You see, magic of herbs and plants have been going on for years, but we choose to stay oblivious to it, thinking those are all old superstitious remedies.
So, I want you to first feel the magic of every ingredient that you put in your tea.
2. Setting intention.
When the stove is on, and you put water and herbs in the pan, remember to not put the ingredients all at once. First of all, when you start the stove, thank the fire, for helping you in making the magic tea.
Then as you pour water into the pan, thank the water, and feel all the things you feel when you look at water.
What does water do?
It helps you remove your thirst, and when you are thirsty, water is the only thing that can satisfy you, not even a tasty cold drink, could do what water does to your body.
Water helps you cleanse, and regenerate
So thank the water for helping you cleanse your body and calm it.
Then one by one, start adding the ingredients. Sometimes I only add cinnamon, and whil adding it, I think of how warm I feel in its presence and its aroma, and I thank it, and ask it to help show its magic to me.
And when I add ginger, I thank it for being so strong, and anti-biotic, that it helps get rid of toxic thoughts inside my body. And ask help from it too.
It is not necessary to add all the ingredients I mentioned above in the list, but you can also experiment with different other ingredients too.
The above list is to only help enhance your brain into opening itself up to the realm of magic in disguise of herbs and flowers.
Start of by the above list, on by one. For example, you could start of by making a self-love rose, or anti-biotic turmeric tea, and then when you know, you feel the energy of the herbs, start experimenting with it.
3. To feel the intentions.
I would recommend, not putting in the intentions, when beginning the ritual at first, or whe you are trying for the first time, because it may strain your brain, like it did to me once, but if you practice meditation, then I must say, it would be easy for you to focus on one intention.
So, first you could start off, by just thinking of how warmth could feel like, or how that chocolate-ice cream melts inside your mouth, and you would be unconsciously manifesting things you were thinking when stirring the tea.
Ow, this is important.
You now, you see in the movies, witches stirring their pot? It is similar to that, you must keep stiring the tea, till it reaches a boiling point.
And all the while that your stirring, think of the things you want to manifest and how amazing it feels. Your heart will star to feel overjoyed, and that is when you know your intentions are working.
Keep feeling good, and happy and keep stirring to your herat’s content, and then all you have to do is drink it.
And its done!
It is this simple. I do this everyday, and let me know if you try it. I would love to know what all you felt.
– yours truly
Naiaa of sea.
